Pros
- Brand: excellent name, you get so much respect when you say you work at KKR from friends and colleagues - Culture: its not all talk, you really feel like one firm. Everyone pulls in to help each other no matter which office/country youre based in - People: smart people that are really nice. Never have I seen such approachable partners.
Cons
A lot of work, and not like banking where its routine work with huge loads and tight deadlines. You actually have to think and your input matters so always be aware of whats going on even outside your scope of work
