Pros
I worked with amazing people who would go beyond their roles to keep things running smoothly in the team. However, this was never recognized, if you’re not connected to someone in upper or middle management, they won’t care. People who shouldn’t be promoted are getting promoted, and the worst part is that management will protect them at all costs. Don’t even bother applying here; they’re hiring offshore employees just to cut down on costs.
Cons
It wouldn’t surprise me if they do another round of layoffs. With AI, a lot of roles might change and even disappear altogether. They don’t tell you what’s really going on and they just want you to keep your head down and agree with everything. At this point, everything seems to be on fire constantly, and managers don’t know what to do.
