Pros
The people that I work with day to day are the best: kind, understanding, and responsible. I have had great supportive managers here. Benefits aren't bad either, and I love the hybrid schedule.
Cons
The company is going through a phase of change, and it has severely deteriorated the culture because the changes are focused on making money. I get that companies need to make money. But it feels like every person/role is being scrutinized again and again to determine how much value they provide and how their tasks can be automated, which is creating a culture of fear and having to repeatedly prove worth. I do not trust the executive team, nor do I expect my feedback to be heard or believed, so I don't bother with trying to provide it. Many seasoned KLAS employees have left or are trying to leave, and I don't blame them.
