Cons
Working here is like joining a cult. You are expected to follow the revelations of your leaders without questioning anything. They want employees to crave feedback, yet KLAS leadership can't handle even the slight hint of feedback on them. If someone in leadership screws something up, you can't mention it or you'll be labeled a "bad culture fit". It should be labeled a "bad cult fit". You are not allowed to provide context to anything that leadership chooses to criticize or you'll be accused of "not owning it". They promote and retain the "yes" men (and I purposely only listed "men" because they don't really promote women) and they alienate and drive away any free thinkers and once you leave you are ostracized as if you've apostatized from the one true and living company.
