      Pros

      We get free pop & coffee. 401k match is okay, but gone down in recent years. Healthcare is pretty good, but employee costs have increased.

      Cons

      This is the most toxic environment I've ever experienced. The company does not set standards for teams or employees, or if they do, they don't communicate them. There's no definition of what success looks like besides making money. Reviews are an assessment of what management thinks of you, not how well you've done your work. There are a lot of great companies in the space. This isn't one of them.

      HR department was decent to deal with.

      Cons

      - Lack of focus on strategy, seemingly endless shifts in priorities week to week, month to month, year after year. Not congruent change, not progressive change, but chaotic disorienting change. - Upper management claims to have an absolute "No A-holes" policy, claims to want to encourage cooperation and growth. Then turns around and is fully complacent with obviously toxic behavior from people in positions of authority, especially technical authority. These toxic interactions gradually wore down people's desire to engage.
