Commitment to the company culture and the "team" mentality. No matter someone's role or level of management (including executive management and the CEO), everyone is expected and generally happy to contribute to any task or project. Every member of the team pitches in to get things done. This company genuinely cares about its employees. Thoughts and ideas on improvement/scaling are not only welcome but encouraged. The CEO makes personal phone calls to almost every employee in the organization. That individual treatment doesn't happen anywhere else, let alone this industry.
