      Pros

      You'll never have to work too hard...if you're into that sort of thing.

      Cons

      If you aren't in the in crowd you are way on the outside and that won't change. Ever. If you don't like to work very hard you can just coast along. Sadly, this company could go a long way but they can't get out of their own way and think objectively about their place in this industry.

      HR department was decent to deal with.

      Cons

      - Lack of focus on strategy, seemingly endless shifts in priorities week to week, month to month, year after year. Not congruent change, not progressive change, but chaotic disorienting change. - Upper management claims to have an absolute "No A-holes" policy, claims to want to encourage cooperation and growth. Then turns around and is fully complacent with obviously toxic behavior from people in positions of authority, especially technical authority. These toxic interactions gradually wore down people's desire to engage.
