Pros

Clear and effective job tracking accessible to all teams which makes understanding the status of a job request and case history easy to determine. Good internal reporting that ensures defensibility and clear data tracking/chain of custody records. Knowledgeable staff members across departments that are generally willing to help out and communicate to solve issues. Full Relativity Support team is available but not required to get all tasks done. Good time off and benefit offerings.

Cons

No clear track for promotion. Pay could be better and more recognition/incentive could be offered to staff that consistently go above and beyond. Difficult to schedule time off due to need to arrange coverage for heavy case loads. Could benefit from creating project teams rather than assign cases to a single PM—this would decrease stress and improve work life balance. Training/onboarding could be improved and a project team set up would ensure better and more consistent utilization of junior employees. Little to no training provided to managers and heavy caseloads leave less time for management to lead their team members the most effectively. Vendor mindset leads clients to intensify their demands. Relationship managers should do more to set reasonable expectations.

Pros

HR department was decent to deal with.

Cons

- Lack of focus on strategy, seemingly endless shifts in priorities week to week, month to month, year after year. Not congruent change, not progressive change, but chaotic disorienting change. - Upper management claims to have an absolute "No A-holes" policy, claims to want to encourage cooperation and growth. Then turns around and is fully complacent with obviously toxic behavior from people in positions of authority, especially technical authority. These toxic interactions gradually wore down people's desire to engage.
