Only con is there is a lot to work on, but only if you're lazy is this bad.

Pros

The best place to launch my career. Great culture and growth potential for employees new to the TV news industry. Managers truly care about you and treat you like family, and of course it helps that the station is owned by a family company. I had so much FUN and looked forward to going to work every day, even during the pandemic!

Cons

Low pay, but that’s to be expected starting out in news.
