Enormous sales pressure, no support from installation team..for every sales order and its after sales support, the concerned sales executive is responsible whether its the installation fault or anyone's else, sales person is responsible for everything. Apart from sales pressure, sales people are responsible for collection, drawing approval, ratings, handover etc etc.. No personal life , The main reason is that our end clients are totally useless people like uneducated builders, contractors and now management is also same
