      Pros

      I work with a great team of collaborative members! I am not micro-managed and am given many opportunities to expand my work knowledge and get involved in different projects. My days are busy and challenging, but very rewarding when you see that what you are doing is making a difference. Great benefits and PTO policy!

      In the Lisle office, employees may have different flex opportunities based on the department they work in.

      Pros

      The hiring process was fluid. The emails were timely with lots of support for any questions or clarification. The background check was flexible. I was able to participate in the screening process while away from home. I appreciate the flexibility and respectful conversations with the human resource and management teams.
