      Lucky if you get a good manager.

      Cons

      Nightmare if you get a bad manager. They discriminate, bully, abuse, make your life miserable. If you complain to the HR, let's be real; companies pay them therefore no action will be taken against the manager. In fact you will be harassed and threatened more for raising your complaint.
