No career growth min. 20 years to reach manager level that too if seniors there you can't 7. Like a military the grade will increase 8. No value for talents 9. Local management resource could,ve been better 10. Travel policy worst in market

      Pros

      The hiring process was fluid. The emails were timely with lots of support for any questions or clarification. The background check was flexible. I was able to participate in the screening process while away from home. I appreciate the flexibility and respectful conversations with the human resource and management teams.
