A great place to work. Cares about and supports its employees while also challenging them to grow with the company. Management, field operation, PMO and support functions trust and respect each other and have a shared commitment to both individual and company success. I love that I have a great degree of control and freedom within my job.I work full-time on a flexible schedule, both in and out-of-office, and my boss trusts me to produce high-quality work and results. Busy but creative organization where everyone on the staff truly gets along and pitches in to get the job done.
Cons
Unfortunately, the pay - for staffs above certain years ( perhaps 3 - 5 years) it would be great if it matches the market rate instead annual max 5% increment .
