Field employees are union receive 4-5% raises each year. Due to competition prices for maintenance services remain unchanged or lower than previous year. This results in cost cutting which results in reduction in office staff, support staff, and increasing the workload on field employees. Competition from non union companies continues to increase. Sales representative are given unrealistic budget expectations. High level of turnover with sales representatives.
