No longer good - Sales KONE Employee Review

One of the director has favoritism and doesn’t trust people he doesn’t like. Talent Acquisition mostly hires new people that came from JGC/people who came from oil and gas industry. 90% of her hires already know each other before entering KONE. She has favoritism in the hiring process. All her hires already resigned or were fired. She’s forcing staff to give only positive feedback in glassdoor. She doesnt want honest feedback.
