Everything is twice as complicated as it needs to be. Layers upon layers of communications issues and red tape so it takes a long time to get anything done. The operating model renewal (2023) was handled very poorly and has left a bad taste in a lot of employee's mouths - not just those that have been made redundant or those whose jobs have changed.
