      Looks good on cv and ok benefits

      Cons

      Career progression based on do you have good connections - talent and previous experience not really looked at. They will work the most they get from you and then decide to let you go. Please be selfish at kone and don’t start to get too comfortable as they don’t really care what happens to you at the end.
