      Promotions Conversion of payroll into permanent position depends on your payroll company. Influence matters rather than skill and hardwork you put into. If you know the managers well you will get hikes, promotions so on. And please note, not all departments are like this.

      The hiring process was fluid. The emails were timely with lots of support for any questions or clarification. The background check was flexible. I was able to participate in the screening process while away from home. I appreciate the flexibility and respectful conversations with the human resource and management teams.
