Used to have a nice work space in the IT department and the building's proximity to Boulder was nice!
Cons
- Poor management. HR product has gone through 3 "start-over's" in 2 years. - CTO never listened to developers input as far as project estimates. - Unrealistic expectations about how code should be developed. - Poor understanding of the Agile SDLC. - No place for developers to move up on the corporate ladder. - Will "earn" more responsibilities without a pay raise. - It's company policy to pay employees in the bottom 25% of the regional salary range for their title / job duties. (Told to me by the CTO himself) - No expectation of job stability. Will fire you without warning whenever they want. - Entire company is a giant rumor mill. Expect to have any conversations taken out of context.
