Pros

Building and area is quite nice. Some nice people could be found in the company.

Cons

Since 2010, the IT/Dev department has experience high turnover. For a department that never had more than 10 people, 16 people has either quit or were let go during this time period. This list includes managers, developers, QA, and IT staff. Reasons for quitting were usually the same, long work hours, impossible deadlines, mismanage projects, and changing requirements. As a developer, you are expected to work long weeks (60 - 70 hours) to meet almost impossible deadlines. Deadlines were setup by a management team who appears to have little to no experience in developing software. Occasionally developers are expected to work during the holidays and company events without any compensation. And because developers' bonuses are based on meeting impossible deadlines, bonus are almost never paid out. At the same time, developers are given multiple high priorities but no time to do them. While they are putting out the constant stream of fires, they are expected to be developing other areas of the products full time. The company also has a habit of under paying their employees. Most of the staff has gotten a 30% - 40% salary increase once they have left the company and moved on to another job. Everyone other than managers sits at small desks in the middle of a big room. Accountants, IT, Devs, and engineers share this space. In the meantime, many offices are left empty. Staff constantly complain about the work space (desk are too small, room is too noisy, etc) and are never allowed to take any of the empty offices. Management appears to be made up of people of brown nosers. While managers are enjoying trips together, staff are denied needed upgrades to their equipment. There are many more problems in the company as well. Here is just a few of them: - acquisitions of failing companies - high turnover in other departments (i.e. Accounting, sales) - part time HR personnel that makes situations worst - Work till you burn out mentality through the company - low moral company wide

Pros

Flexible and supportive remote work environment.

Cons

Wish there were more company get togethers, but it's understandably hard when you have employees in so many different states.

Pros

The product is good, and fairly respected in the space.

Cons

Leadership could be better. Often times changes happen for the worse and you have to sit through an hour long call to hear why it’s great. Way too many internal meetings.
