Pros

KPA used to embrace their core values and support their employees. With new leadership at the helm for the last 18 or so months, value is being lost. The organization has gone from one of valuing their team, to bottom line profitability at all costs. This is not the organization it once was under the previous CEO Vane Clayton.

Cons

Senior leadership! This company has dumped efforts to build a world class EHS organization by "trying" to implement software solutions that don't work.

Pros

Flexible and supportive remote work environment.

Cons

Wish there were more company get togethers, but it's understandably hard when you have employees in so many different states.

Pros

The product is good, and fairly respected in the space.

Cons

Leadership could be better. Often times changes happen for the worse and you have to sit through an hour long call to hear why it’s great. Way too many internal meetings.
