Pros

They are a solid company if you are talking Environmental and Safety. If they approach you about HR or Internet Marketing you should ask them to leave.

Cons

Purchased a couple companies to tap in to the wallets of their 5000 dealership customers. Good idea, very poor execution. The HR software has been a huge struggle. TK Carsites is dead and KPA Internet Marketing, Digigo, or whatever they are calling it this week died with it. Anyone with any knowledge has departed.

Pros

Flexible and supportive remote work environment.

Cons

Wish there were more company get togethers, but it's understandably hard when you have employees in so many different states.

Pros

The product is good, and fairly respected in the space.

Cons

Leadership could be better. Often times changes happen for the worse and you have to sit through an hour long call to hear why it’s great. Way too many internal meetings.
