Pros

The company is changing a lot, so this might not truly reflect what is happening today but some of the pros were the people I worked with (most of which either left of their own accord or were laid off). The compensation and benefits package was good, and the flexibility around working schedules was also good.

Cons

Lack of clear lines of communication and availability from leadership and lack of trust in employees. The values posted on the walls aren't followed or enforced so the culture drifted into silos and information black holes. Having regular lay offs sets a culture of fear - those that stay know they could be next and start looking for jobs on the side.

Pros

Flexible and supportive remote work environment.

Cons

Wish there were more company get togethers, but it's understandably hard when you have employees in so many different states.

Pros

The product is good, and fairly respected in the space.

Cons

Leadership could be better. Often times changes happen for the worse and you have to sit through an hour long call to hear why it’s great. Way too many internal meetings.
