Don’t believe what they tell you - SDR Manager KPA Employee Review

We appreciate your review, but unfortunately this information is demonstrably false. We encourage our Sales Development Reps to express their interest in promotion to the Account Executive role, and with the endorsement of the SDR Manager, interview with our Sales Leaders. In the past 12 months, we have promoted three SDR’s (out of a team of 8). We regret that your perspective is that we do not promote from within. We do not have any ‘policy’ preventing SDR’s from being promoted as we know that internal promotions are a measure of success.
