QA is extremely undermanned, don't expect any help unless you're on the pet projects. Communication is a serious problem within software development and the company in general. The new CIO/Tech Director is taking steps to make this better, but it was still a nightmare when I left. Prepare to get blindsided, a lot. If you hear a date, there's a better than even chance that it's incorrect. Company policies are a mess, expect to hear at least four different explanations for one requirement while employed with KPA. For a company that provides HR software, they are quite terrible at HR.
