      Pros

      Global company, and quite a few talented hardworking people. Some of the employees work hard and help others, but they do not stay for long.

      Cons

      Most managers are either incompetent or rude. Constant pressure from upper management, and unrealistic deadlines that will force you to stay past midnight. Company seems to do fine, but layoffs happen the moment business slows down. Great engineers do not last long in this company.

      Flexible hours, remote when necessary, plenty of growth opportunity and learning tools, great team goals, great management.
