Pros
-You can be involved with a wide variety of projects and there is a potential to learn a lot depending on how curious you are -Some people are fantastic to work with and are helpful when you have questions
Cons
-Majority of office are engineers with 0 - 3 years of experience due to high turnover rate -Clear disconnect between team leads and office principals. Disconnect between team leads and regular engineers also may exist but depends on the team -Evident that many are consistently working long hours for shoddy pay/ non-existent bonuses -(WORK FROM HOME) Many people take hours/whole day to respond to simple questions (or don't respond at all) when you message them via MS Teams/Email. Good luck trying to reaching them via phone. -Toxic individuals (unprofessional, bad mouthing, gas lighting) that are allowed to do as they please
