Pros

The workforce is young and dynamic, which is something I appreciated. The work and life balance is great, and everyone gets 25 days of personal time off (including sick days per year).

Cons

The cons outweighed the pros, which is ultimately why I ended up leaving the company. There was a lack of growth opportunities, and it was very difficult to switch projects. I found the compensation to be very stingy, especially my bonus at year-end. There was also an aura of stifled bottom-up communications, as well as the notion that management protects their own (so like a "you versus us" dynamic) that I did not find to be conducive to a healthy work environment. I did not feel like my professional development was considered to be important- the bottom line (money) was the only thing that resonated with management.

Pros

Working on a diverse range of projects.

Cons

This is for the analytics practice within DAS. People were some of the worst I’ve ever worked with. They have zero empathy and no emotional intelligence. In addition, the leaders of the practice is arrogant and does not care a single bit about professional development and consistently talk behind people’s back. The work is non impactful, client is often not truly satisfied with the low quality AI slop deliverable, and extremely boring and repetitive. Pay is the lowest compare to other big 4 M&A analytics practice.
