      - good learning experience, you will have a chance to do a lot of things - lot of opportunity to grow with the company (if you work hard enough) - Teamwork, you will be working in a environment where collaboration is a key, you will be help and expected to help other as well

      Cons

      - extensive hours of work, leaving company by 5 - 6 pm never going to happen) - demanding job, need good adaptability and act fast

      Pros

      Good Benefits - Get the week of the fourth of July and the week of Christmas off every year.

      Cons

      They say we are doing well but everyone is stagnant. No real opportunities to get promoted or raises. Gone through 3 layoffs. Management says that no one is leaving because they love working there but no one is leaving because the market is bad. That is the reason for a backlog of folks trying to move up.
