Pros

The people are amazing, the management is amazing, the job is amazing. I have had more opportunity since moving to this company than I have ever had in the past. Everyone that works in this environment always seem to enjoy what they are doing. You work your 8 hours than done. I have found this place to be very fair across the board.

Cons

I have yet to find anything I would consider bad. If I had to say one thing that isn't positive I would have to say the drive to and from the location is the only part that wasnt that fun.

Pros

I enjoyed working here until I was fired without cause.

Cons

I mentioned to my PM that I had received an offer for employment that I was considering and that if I accepted, I would be providing my two-week notice within a few days. I thought a company that valued their employees may attempt to counter the offer, but this was far from the case with KSH. Later that evening, I received a call from my PM telling me I was being let go. This was a day before a holiday and I was told I would not receive holiday pay. He stated the division president made the call because a former employee demonstrated malicious actions to the company and/or government after providing notice. I later discovered that this reasoning was not likely the cause when my PM told me that the division president was having personal issues and was stressed. He stated that she did not want to deal with the fact that I may be considering other employment opportunities, so she decided to fire me. I filed a claim with my state workforce commission for termination without cause and it was determined that the company was NOT within their right to let me go and that I was eligible for unemployment benefits. Advice to current and potential employees, do not even think of discussing the possibility of providing two-week notice of resignation. If I was still an employee and was reading this, I would make the call of my resignation on the last day in which I wished to worked.
