Pros
-Great benefits and pay, especially for the area. -Company does numerous things for their associates to show appreciation. (Too many to count) - 2 weeks vacation after first year and 2 paid shutdown weeks (can earn vacation during these times for working) -Many areas for potential growth. -Solid foundation being a Honda Supplier
Cons
-Numerous management members are burnt out or no longer have knowledge they need to progress their department. -High demand for others to pull the weight of the ones who cant and no repercussions for the others who cant peform. -People used to be proud to work here and it's hard to see this anymore. -Lacking structure is a few departments or lack of discipline or proper management. -Can be a lot of negativity at times, bit must learn to ignore this.
