Pros

Willing to educate / Teach quality assurance methodology. TQA Manager is tough but fair and open to new ideas. Coordinators are easy to work with. Lots of OT and opportunities to earn extra days off.

Cons

Many Saturdays for production Salary is on low end of scale - should be 30 - 40% more. Long training period 2-3 months before you’re trusted to work on your own.
