Pros
Health care and the two weeks a year you get for shutdown. This is not really a perk considering what you have to deal with
Cons
Just about everything, you will be targeted for termination if you cause any reason for them to change thier good old boy system. If you are not choosen as one of the social favorites in the first five years, you will never progress or advance. If you are sick and or have a disability and not in the social circle you will be targeted for termination. Do not work here!!!
