Rapidly declining - Software Engineer Kabbage Employee Review

As we continue to grow at an unprecedented rate, we're continually evolving and looking for ways to make our team members, customers, and partners happy - so we appreciate the feedback. We believe being generous with our benefits is an important part of our compensation package and when we evaluate how we’re doing against market, we’re very happy with the results. Kabbage provides two competitive medical benefit plans for team members to select from. Both plans are different from each other so that we are offered a true “choice”. In order to ensure that team member expenses are equitable, we eliminated our FSA contribution for participants enrolled in the Low Deductible Medical plan for 2019. When we made the decision to eliminate lunch on Fridays, we did so for a couple reasons which we shared with the entire company at our TownHall. We wanted to eliminate waste and we wanted to give back to the community. We’re super excited about the TWO Habitat for Humanity houses that we will be building together as a company.
