We hope all Kabbagers feel their voice is heard, which is why we have ample channels for sharing questions, feedback and concerns. We have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to any form of prejudice and embrace both diversity in thought and background. With the formation of our Diversity Council last year, we made a conscious and proactive decision to put this topic at the forefront in all our business objectives and interactions with each other and our community. As a result, we have been ranked as one of the youngest companies to earn a perfect score for the 2020 Corporate Equality Index.
