Many perks at the office, catered lunch everyday, snacks, coffee cocktail hour on Fridays. This place has an awesome feel to it. Like your ideas are actually important. Very fast paced. One of the best things in my opinion are the town hall meetings that are on Fridays where they show you actual data about how the company is doing, good or bad. No smoke and mirrors speech about how well the company is doing while the upper execs bail out left and right. Seems to be an air of honesty here and that is so refreshing.
