Pros
There are a lot of exciting things happening here with tons of opportunity to learn new skills. All levels of management are ALWAYS accessible and very approachable. Weekly Town Halls provide transparency and an opportunity for questions. The talent here is top notch and there is real collaboration across the entire organization. I always feel like I have a voice and that my ideas are considered. There is plenty of opportunity for charity/volunteer work. There are monthly offerings as well as two full day outings per year. Employees are encouraged to suggest their favorite organizations. The extra perks like free lunch, snacks, free parking, and beer/booze are pretty amazing. The culture is amazing and has a family feel - everyone is an owner. The culture is very open and not "G" rated. This may be a con for some, but it's a pro for me.
Cons
You might gain 15 lbs. because of the amazing snacks and lunch that is always around. While there are plenty of healthy options, it's difficult to pass by the chocolate bin without indulging every once in a while.
