Pros

Kadiant is growing so quickly, that you have the opportunity to progress quickly in the company. Management is VERY transparent and approachable. In previous companies I have worked for, I have seen management hide when difficult decisions need to be made by sending mass emails or not allowing employees to ask questions publicly but Kadiant has always done the opposite. They host town hall meetings where all team members can freely ask questions and the leadership team personally answers each one. I also appreciate that on the administrative side, they do not silo you to a single task but actually encourage you to learn and assist in multiple areas. On the clinical side, Kadiant pays for you to become an RBT and they continually assess compensation so you have multiple changes for wage increases! Overall, I feel like I am a part of an incredible company that has the best intentions for their clients and team members alike.

Cons

As with the ABA field in general, it can be difficult to be guaranteed a full-time position as a BT because it is dependent on their client needs. Additionally, while its great to be a part of a growing company, there have been some growing pains and hiccups along the way. While not a big deal, it has taken a bit of flexibility from us as team members.

Pros

Good start up for a high schooler

Cons

I am sharing my experience as a former employee of this company. During my time there, I encountered ongoing schedule inconsistencies, which created significant challenges in maintaining stability and meeting expectations. My assigned shifts were repeatedly changed, often with little notice, which ultimately led to confusion and difficulty managing my availability. Additionally, after the initial training day, I received minimal guidance or supervision. Communication regarding expectations, policies, and company updates was limited, leaving me uncertain about performance standards and operational procedures. My employment was eventually terminated due to scheduling conflicts; however, these conflicts stemmed from the frequent changes to my assigned schedule. In my opinion, this company may be suitable as a short-term or startup opportunity for those seeking initial experience. However, individuals looking for long-term stability, clear leadership, and consistent scheduling may want to carefully evaluate their options before committing.
