Pros
Supportive and very people-centered. They’re very good at listening and having a discussion on important issues. Lots of room for growth. Great benefits. Young and modern-feeling, with a focus on tech and innovation in the world of ABA. In my opinion, their executive leadership team handled the covid-19 pandemic very well. My friends in other ABA agencies felt panic and stress during the pandemic and if they were laid off, it was an uncomfortable and mishandled situation. Kadiant handled the layoffs sensitively and calmly, and did the best they could in a tough decision.
Cons
Still a young company, only a year old, so they have a lot of room for improvement. The transition from legacy company employee to Kadiant employee was very uncertain at times but since everything has settled and they aren’t acquiring companies anymore, it seems as though everything is improving.
