Pros

Many companies pay lip service to their mission and values but the leaders at Kadiant really do live their values. I experience the Kindness and People Centeredness in my everyday interactions and I appreciate all of the visible efforts to provide the best team member experience, client experience and clinical outcomes. Watching our leadership team respond to the COVID crisis was inspirational and really speaks to the quality of the team and their commitment to creating the best work environment possible. Difficult decisions were made with the utmost care and compassion and many people who had to go out on furlough have come back as the business has rebounded. The company's growth has been really strong in spite of the COVID pandemic and Kadiant continues to take on new clients, hire for many roles and open up new locations.

Cons

As the company has grown rapidly through the combination of different businesses, there have been some bumps where processes needed to be smoothed out. Growth brings a lot of opportunities but it also brings challenges. I feel the bulk of these challenges have been overcome as the acquired businesses have been integrated but continued growth will likely bring some new bumps with it.

Pros

Good start up for a high schooler

Cons

I am sharing my experience as a former employee of this company. During my time there, I encountered ongoing schedule inconsistencies, which created significant challenges in maintaining stability and meeting expectations. My assigned shifts were repeatedly changed, often with little notice, which ultimately led to confusion and difficulty managing my availability. Additionally, after the initial training day, I received minimal guidance or supervision. Communication regarding expectations, policies, and company updates was limited, leaving me uncertain about performance standards and operational procedures. My employment was eventually terminated due to scheduling conflicts; however, these conflicts stemmed from the frequent changes to my assigned schedule. In my opinion, this company may be suitable as a short-term or startup opportunity for those seeking initial experience. However, individuals looking for long-term stability, clear leadership, and consistent scheduling may want to carefully evaluate their options before committing.
