Pros
Good pay and benefits, great sense of teamwork & overall morale (even during covid), leading the field in inclusiveness and diversity, great opportunities for training/CEUs, lower productivity/billable requirements than other companies, manageable caseloads. The BTs have only one BCBA or "support supervisor" to report to, which makes things easier on their part when they need something because they always have one person to reach out to. You don't have to ask for raises because they're given regularly (every yr for salaried folks, and every 6 mos for hourly, I think). I very much appreciate the CEO, Lani, and I really don't understand any of the negative comments about him on here.
Cons
The company has done an adequate job combining policies and procedures from legacy companies, although the scheduling department still has some improvements to be made.
