Pros
Leadership is very outspoken about its support on social issues, however, it's unclear if it's only a business tactic of theirs and they're just being performative, but there are really good people among them that are culturally competent. Remote work is available to supervisors, there is mileage reimbursement, and CEU's are covered. PPE provided.
Cons
The workload never seems to end and by mid Monday, you're already dreading the rest of the week. Compensation is a joke and measurement of one's salary remains a mystery. "Opportunity for bonus" is difficult to qualify for so don't even count on it. Good luck getting any direct time in with clients because you'll be pulled in so many different directions since they're shorthanded in every department. Basically performing multiple roles with the same pay and no pay adjustment. The company uses jargon to make it sound like it's people-oriented, but they're all fluff words.
