Pros
-I love that everyone I work with seems to truly care about doing well for our clients and each other. Problems or barriers are addressed as a team and you never feel like you can't ask for help or that you are all alone -Since I started ~6 months ago there have been consistent improvements in communication and systems each month. I appreciate that everyone is always open to feedback and looking for ways to improve -Clinical standards and resources are super comprehensive with many training opportunities at every level. -Generous benefits package, holidays, time off, and bonuses -Caring leaders who seem to want to know more about how to better set teams up for success and provide effective services for clients
Cons
-With many companies merging there are still some places where Kadiant is figuring out how to do things efficiently together -Opportunities to increase and continue to improve communication
