Pros
It’s a great job to start off with while in college trying to figure out what you want to do. The people are mostly good people. When I left, the company were hiring just anyone (what I mean is people who didn’t care). Also, you’re making a difference every day!
Cons
Pretty much everything else from pay to raises to scheduling. They don’t pay you good enough. It takes you YEARS to get a good raise/ pay. When it came to scheduling, it was always hectic. They expect you to drive far after your original client cancel to makeup a session. It was ridiculous.
