Pros
Kadiant gives excellent training to new hires, which is very important in the field of ABA when someone is just starting without experience. Their clinical team and HR staff are wonderful, hands on, and truly want the RBTs to succeed. They pay decently, as far as the field of ABA goes, and have good benefits. I believe they care about their employees and clients and are an ethical company.
Cons
Extremely structured and micro-managed. In some ways, this helps with being very organized as a company. However, they leave little room for error. I think that not just Kadiant, but the field of ABA, as a whole, needs to step back and figure out what they can do for their RBTs to ensure they are taken care of in times of burn out, mental health crises, and other life circumstances. There needs to be a better work-life balance understanding.
