Cons
The pay is one of the lowest for this job in the area and as the minimum wage increases, the rate barely increases so essentially they're not changing pay well enough for the amount of work you do. Hours fluctuate since there can be client cancellations, but they do offer sub sessions. not enough room to move up in the chain
