Pros
As long as you have a car that's reliable and you want flexible hours, the company is pretty good, the direct supervisors were definitely a big plus as they were all encouraging and kind with their feedback. Many of them were understanding and appreciative of how you do your job. They were really great at being an advocate for the behavior therapists and good at talking with the parents when questions became difficult. Many of the kids are sweethearts, a little mischievous but they're good at heart.
Cons
Some places are difficult with parking and it's not always guaranteed, Scheduling would sometimes fail to inform you that a client canceled in time or the clients themselves wouldn't call in to cancel. Securing hours is difficult which ended up bumping me back down to part time. Burn out is very very easy to obtain on the job, please bear this in mind before applying for the job.
