Inconsistent hours. Clients could cancel their sessions and you would not get paid. Disorganization. One time a higher-up emailed me about an online meeting 5 hours before it was supposed to start. I was not scheduled to work on that day so I did not check my email on time. Higher-up then gave me attitude about not attending. Very awkward attending client's homes. Had to deal with parents and extreme behavior.
