Pros
The supervisors were supportive and can be reached practically at any time. They overlap almost every other week, which was helpful especially when there's a new program added for the client.
Cons
Horrible management ever since the buy out by the Attain ABA Therapy. BEFORE the buy out, staff was personable, easy to reach out to scheduling and all. We even had a program called Gradifi that contributed to paying out school loans which helped me tons. They were always contacting me when there's a new case as well. In addition, we were paid half pay if cancelation was within 12 hours, and full pay if cancelation was within 2 hours. We had a week break in between Christmas and New Years, which was amazing to give us time to spend with family, and it was optional as well for those who would like to work during that week. AFTER the buy out, they removed Gradifi which was a huge reinforcer to stay at the company. They didn't contact me or anything for more clients to add, since my clients always canceled so I lost hours. Cancelation pay was only for within 2 hours before session which lost me tons of hours and money, and they removed the holiday break. It's disappointing that all the reinforcements (for an ABA company) were removed, and I felt rather punished for working there. When I tried to advocate for myself, I felt unheard and my email was basically lost probably because it is a huge a compaby. I had to leave for the sake of finances and mental health. It was not worth staying, and I hope management figures it out because from what I've seen, there have been a high turnover rate. Good luck to all that stayed and to all that are joining their team.
